Sarah and Nathan: Engagement Session | Photographer in Waterloo, Ontario

Several years ago, Nathan worked as a landscaper in the summer to help pay for his schooling. Part of working there meant that he would be subjected to a few inconveniences, such as cuts, heat stroke, and exposure to certain chemicals and pesticides. And the occasional contact with toxic plants such as poison oaks. Which unfortunately, happened to him. If you’ve come across these plants before, you would know how painful the burning sensation would be. Thus, Nathan had to see a doctor immediately that day.

As luck would have it, Nathan went to a clinic where Sarah happened to be at. She had been working at her father’s clinic at that time. He saw her. She saw him.  And they met. Because of Nathan’s brush with a poison oak, he finally met "the one". It was meant to be.

A month from now, Sarah and Nathan will finally tie the knot. Their first scheduled engagement session with us in May was postponed because of the weather. On their previous scheduled date, it snowed, rained, and hailed in the KW area so we got it rescheduled, hoping that the weather would be better. Though it didn’t rain this time, we had an entirely different dilemma. Their day with me turned out to be super, super hot! Nathan, Sarah, and Tank --- their cute pug --- were such troopers. Thanks guys for your patience as I gave you a mini tour of Uptown Waterloo! I had fun photographing you all.

Speaking of hotness, here are a few photos from their session with us!

Very cute! I love dogs in engagement sessions, as long as someone's along to help with them,

Nice work! It's hard to incorporate dogs into e-sessions but you really did a good job.

so fun. I really enjoy seeing the interaction between the couple. They look so happy together. Great job making that so obvious.
